Step 5 – Test all wireless devices and detectors

Step 1 – Enter Wireless Placement Test ([*][8] + Installer Code + [904])

- the display will read ‘Activate Device For Test’

Step 2 – Activate each wireless device/detector one at a time from the proposed mounting location

Wireless Keypad – [*] and [1] simultaneously

Wireless sirens (WT4901, WT4911) – activate tamper

Door/window contact – activate tamper or violate contact

Motion detectors – activate tamper

Smoke Detector – activate tamper

Glassbreak Detector – activate tamper

Panic Pendant – Press and hold button for 2-3 seconds

CO Detector – activate tamper

Flood Sensor – activate tamper

Step 3 – The test result will be indicated:

Good Result Bad Result

Keypad Display ‘Location is Good’ ‘Location is Bad’

Siren* 1 Squawk 3 Squawks

* PC9155 and WT4901

Note:

- the above placement test is when enabled for the ‘Global Placement Test’. If ‘’Individual Placement Test’,

a different section number exits for each type of device:
